💖 Our Policies
📅 Booking & Payments
We ask for a 10% deposit to book. Remaining payment is due at the end of your service. We accept [cash, card, Venmo, etc.].
❗Cancellations
Please give us 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may lose their deposit.
🛍️ Donations
We can box up unused or unwanted items to donate to local women’s shelters or pregnancy centers – let us know if you're open to this!
🧼 Supplies
We bring eco-friendly, professional-grade supplies. If you prefer your own, just let us know in advance!
🐾 Pets & Safety
We love furry friends! Just give us a heads up so we can prepare.

Let’s keep it cute, clear, and respectful 💅
We LOVE what we do, and we take pride in showing up with good energy, positive vibes, and a whole lot of sparkle ✨ To make sure everything goes smoothly (and to protect everyone’s peace!), here are a few gentle boundaries we ask all clients to respect:
💕 During Your Service
✨ Let us do our thing:
We kindly ask that clients give us space to work our magic uninterrupted. Hovering can slow us down and add pressure, and we want to give you our best!
✨ Pet Safety:
We absolutely love fur babies — but for safety, please keep them out of the work areas while we’re cleaning or organizing.
✨ Prep the Space (just a little!):
We don’t need perfection, but please make sure valuables, medications, and personal items are put away. We won’t organize or move anything in drawers or closets unless you ask us to.
✨ No filming or photos without consent:
We’ll never take pictures without permission — and we ask for the same courtesy in return.
💖 Communication is Everything
✨ Please speak up (kindly!):
We want you to be obsessed with the results. If something feels off, just let us know in a respectful way — we’re happy to make adjustments!
✨ Respect our time:
We often have multiple clients in a day. Please be ready at your scheduled time so we can start (and finish) on time.
✨ No discrimination or disrespect:
We are an inclusive, judgment-free, female-owned business. We do not tolerate rudeness, harassment, or offensive language of any kind.
💖 Please Note:
For the safety of our team and to ensure the best quality service, we kindly require that clients vacate the home for the full duration of the appointment. This allows us to work efficiently and without disruption, giving your space our full focus and attention. 💫

💅 Final Touches
We do not do heavy lifting or large furniture moving. If you need something moved, let us know ahead of time so we can plan safely.
We are not responsible for damages to pre-existing broken or delicate items. If something is fragile or off-limits, please let us know during the consultation.
We don’t clean biohazardous messes (excessive mold, hoarding, pests, pet waste, etc.)
🚨 Health & Safety Policy
At Pretty & Polished, your safety — and ours — is our top priority. If we encounter any serious health or safety concerns during your service (such as active pest infestations, visible mold, or hazardous conditions), we will need to pause the service and leave the home immediately.
We’ll notify you right away and happily reschedule once the issue has been professionally addressed. 💗
